What the warranty covers

• Labor — …. If a fault comes back because of how we did the repair, we fix it free of charge.

What is not covered

General cases; the exact list is on the work order:

• new damage: accident, impact, stone chip, scratch, hail;
• the car was repaired or taken apart elsewhere after us;
• recommendations we wrote down were not followed (for example, replacing a worn neighboring part);
• normal wear of consumables — pads, filters, wiper blades;
• harsh chemicals or abrasive washing on fresh paint in the first weeks;
• misuse: overloading, racing, driving with a warning light on.

How to make a claim

1. Message us on WhatsApp …: plate number, repair date, what is wrong. Add a photo or video.
2. Bring the car in for inspection at an agreed time.
3. The technician checks whether the problem is related to our work and explains the result.
4. A warranty case is fixed free of charge; if the cause is different, we tell you what it is and give an estimate.

Keep the work order or a photo of the receipt — we find your repair by it.
