How to read a case

Each job has four lines: car, what was wrong, what we did, time. Look past the final shine at the details:

• panel gaps between door, fender and hood — even along the whole length;
• color where the new and old panel meet, in daylight;
• reflections across the panel — no wavy lines after straightening;
• edges and corners — no masking tape lines.
