- How many parts we remove. More disassembly means cleaner edges and more labor.
How to check the result
- Look along the body at an angle to the light. The texture (orange peel) is the same on every panel, with no runs, dust nibs or thin spots.
- Neighboring panels match in sunlight, not only inside the shop.
- No paint on rubber seals, glass, lights or plastic trim.
- After reassembly the panel gaps are even; doors, hood and trunk close without force.
